Based in West Cornwall, (near St Ives, Penzance and Marazion), the Coaching Retreat benefits from the best of both worlds: being peaceful and yet convenient for all local beaches, towns and attractions.
I CAN ARRANGE tailor-made Coaching Retreats that are perfect for you. For example:
- Accommodation and Coaching Sessions only (with follow-up Skype/telephone coaching sessions for when you go home)
- Accommodation + Coaching + relaxing treatments (choose from Pilates, yoga, massage, beautician’s treatment to name but a few!) -. To include follow-up Skype/telephone coaching sessions for when you go home.
- Accommodation + Coaching + Sports Activities (choose from surfing, canoeing, kite surfing, climbing) . To include follow-up Skype/telephone coaching sessions for when you go home
FACE-TO-FACE COACHING could continue in Exeter or Bristol by arrangement if this is required

THE ACCOMMODATION
We have 2 accommodation Units. The smaller Cottage can sleep up to 3 people and is open all year.
The Apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is open May – October. See link to accommodation
