FREE Life Coaching Workshop at Clarence House Therapy Centre (former Bolitho building at top of Clarence Street, Penzance). Wednesday 26th March 10.30am-12pm.

This free session can be a one-off session, or as an introduction to the Penzance Affordable Life Coaching Group which meets once a month at Clarence House (this costs just £6 per session).
This group has been established for almost a year now and is a supportive, friendly group.
The purpose of the group is to meet and learn about self development topics (ie Workife Balance, beating Procrastination, Goals, DISC Personality Tests) and get involved in discussions about the above.
